The wind was pretty good (6.5 for me), and the Surf Rats really represented. Almost
felt like hanging at the Hatchery. Josh had a pretty good group of beginners as well.
In a reversal of roles, Jim Kited and Doug Windsurfed, the world gets stranger all the time.
Many thanks to Sarah, and Rick for the fun and comraderie, I had to leave early due to
work conflicts, but I hope some crawdads were found and were treated to a cajun hot tub.

I was only able to participate on Fri but so nice to get out and sail with the Utah group. Hope to make the Sat night party next year. The Crawdaddy boil is always fun.

It was our first time at Sulpher Creek and was a blast! Amazing people plus good food plus a lot of other good things made a perfect Saturday night. We learned a lot too with the best teacher ever (thanks Josh). We can't wait for next year. Thanks all ...

It was a really fun weekend! Thanks to all those that showed up and participated in the beach bull shit. I'm not sure why we always end up around the smelly bathrooms??? It's always fun to catch up with everyone. We had many faces I have not see for a while. Even the Surf Rat King Craig showed and sailed. Stu, Grant, Duane all showed too. Sat sailing was really good. And just so you know....Sundays wind was not bad. Linda and I both sailed 7's and had some scarey fast rides, and some schloggers too, but hey we got some time on the water.
a big thanks to Josh! He puts an amazing amount of time and energy into helping out the new crop of sailers. His van had so much equipment in it, that the fenders were almost on his tires. It's cool having a guy around that work in the windsurfing main stream.
A big thanks to Chef Rick! not as many crawdads to boil, since there was no dock in the water, but everyone still had fun, and ate pleanty of HOT veggies. We will look forward to next year.
