kiteboard fix

Hi guys, i have a board that was damaged on nose and tail during shipping and i need some help with how to get it fixed. Its not too bad, but its definitely no longer water tight and that is really all i'm concerned about not so much looks. any input is greatly appreciated thank you! heres a picture of the nose!
