RESET BUTTON... Everybody relax... Please

My proposal isn't the cause of this turmoil. Many organizations make proposals. The members address the questions peacefully. They ask the questions. Resolve issues. Bordy and Don, as well as others who it might concern... Please realize that I am not speaking for myself on this for some self gratifying purpose. I know that status quo wasn't working for BOTH sides. It won't be my propsal that breaks us up. It will be your contention in not accepting that the needs of enough people weren't being met. My proposal is not mine... It's ours... You don't know what people want. It's not just Josh. It's not just me.... My job has been hampered to help the UWA because of the conundrums inherent in the organization.It was about making it bearable so that more people WANT to be involved. Todd would have been a great asset to the UWA. I hope he still wants to be involved.

Let me add in here... I am pretty aware of my weaknesses and inadequacies. They are many. If I could do this over, with hindsight, of course I would change some things, as in how I presented it. I just did not know the reaction would be taken as a negative, otherwise I'd have been more careful with it. But still would have proposed it. I'm asking you to let it go and let's move on and grow. For now.

UWA membership if you feel I was trying to divide us, I am sorry. I was not. I was tryng to avert it. The windsurfing body and most of the kiting body knows this. If you had been in my position you would know this. Now is the time for the UWA to speak its mind. Bordy ... It's an organization where people vote for what they want. Let them. And let's have peace. I call for an AMEN.

I enjoy the Banter and see it more as a telephone and Message board then a Forum while at the ear Doctor today I had such a high blood pressure, some thing I have never had they were concerned, and asked why...

I need a break, and have not sailed in a long time because of this ear.....

Peter Miller says its about the Riding, and it is....I just get bored with out the riding, and I come here the closest place to the Beach I have, this website. The other Bizness I conduct on the computer is with a different group of people and my Harsh style comes across on this site, This is not the first time this issue has arisen.

Because of this, and the clearly negative effect it has on the UWA site. I have created a Facebook page for the area Kiters to use a "Terrain Park" some were we can go and get after it, with out effecting "the general public" i.e. the rest of the windriders...

I hope this will give all the members a chance to have the site, return to the Forum they prefer.

I just want to keep it forward, I met with Todd tonight I also Hope he reconsiders.

Being a spazz is not easy, in close quarters they could never keep the Tasmanian devil in his box.

Going to take a break hitting reset button (wish it could go back to before Thurday for those of who made fools of them selves)..........................now
