yeah, dc looks good today but it may be more of a sailboat beach kinda deal if it doesn't fill in at island beach. i'm looking at going for a wetsuit free sesh before the colder air starts to cool the water, (like this weekend when highs are forecast in the 60's). i'm going to be watch for the "Pine effect" and then head out, probably between 1 and 3, but we'll see.
