North wind locations prevail for another day. The wind will cant Northeast,
providing pretty steady winds at Rush for some 15-18 M PM happiness.
Likewise RP should be good planable 7.5 most of the PM and SSB should
give good rides early evening.

North winds and warm, get it if you can, it doesn't happen that often.
