If the ice were off Sulfur, that would be a good bet for cold but planable
conditions. Grantsville will provide big gear planers till about noon. Not
as good as yesterday, probably more like 7.5. DC should be planable
in the PM 7.5-8.5, and with a Westerly flow, I think Pineview will be
planable also. Thunderheads in all areas might shut down, or enhance
local conditions for brief periods so Kiters beware out there.

Temps peaking around 60, so it'll seem warm until you get rained on,
stay warm and safe out there.

Tomorrow looks like pretty good potential for PM North wind at UL.
