Best bet will be Sulfur on the West jet stream. Look for 7.5 to 6.5 up there.
Extremely Gusty conditions at DC in the PM could provide rides, but it
may be a little hateful up there, you might wanna try Jordanelle instead.

Rush will be equally gusty as the wind switches West, so if you're Kiting
out there, you should get there around noon before the wind goes Westerly.

Or, just hit a microburst anywhere for a 15 minute 3.7 ride ;*)
