Still no wind, but much like yesterday, you could take a chance on
a DC puff late afternoon. Kite boarders, there's a small chance you
might get some ridable huge gear wind just before dusk at UL North
launches.

Still looks dead several days out, I'm headed for Hood River
tomorrow.
