Where ot Ride 9/17 revised 10:18

Today looks like a Kite board kinda day at UL. It won't be strong,
but I think probably steady 17M stuff from about 1 PM on. Windsurfers
might get some rides on 8.5s at Saratoga Springs park, or Provo
boat harbor. Also some PM 8.5 potential at Sulfur.

I noticed the DC predictor is still up. There might be some early
afternoon rides available there also.

Tomorrow looks like Sulfur with a chance for Pineview.

Weds brings back strong South wind at Sulur, DC, and maybe
UL MM19.
