Alta Heli Cam Video

just saw this posted on another forum i used to frequent. http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/show ... hp?t=97118
it's a small remote controlled helicopter mounted with a camera. i wonder what it could do in some moderate winds... i think you could get some amazing shots out in the backcountry kiting with this. i keep imagining a mid air collision with a kite though- yikes. but imagine a copter flying around above skyline with all the kites and the unique camera angles you could get for jumps.

anyway, looks cool and i thought i'd share it. if nothing else, very cool for the ski industry.

Cool vid. That chute he is going down looks like one that me and a buddy hiked up to about 10 years ago in the pre season. Anyway as we hiked up the trail a group hiking right in front of us droped in on the other side down to Snowbird, and one of them was killed in an avalanche.
Anyway on a lighter note I was checking out this website that is along similar lines
