I'll play sub as Criag plays in the Gorge.

Kiteboarders: Rush should be nice from the North. The thernal should kick in along with light northwest upper flow. Utah lake should get some north action late in the afternoon. Keep you eye to sky for anything dark and flashy.

Windsurfers: Sulfur for the big drive, Utah lake in the afternoon.

BTW: the water is dropping at Rush and I wouldn't recommend windsurfing unless you short weed fin.
