Pretty cool magazine - they send out weekly emails with photos from somewhere in the world with good windsurfing.

Reported from a utah local as well:
"Our cargo trailer was blown a couple of feet forward which affected the wind protection set-up. This attributed to some minor damage, but all in all we came out ok."
