I think you'd be pretty foolish to look for much wind on liquid water today. Not much happening.
Plus it's still really cold.
Ridge top winds should be reasonably strong, and with the cold snow that fell yesterday morning,
places like Pineview (I wouldn't trust the lake ice though), and Powder Mountain might provide
Kitable conditions, but I'm just guessing about that.

Tomorrow looks like more cold and rain /snow with little wind.

Thursday a warming trend, but still little wind.
