Brutally cold but planable conditions at Rush and Utah Lake Launches.
Look to 12-17M Kites at Rush getting better later in the day, but steady from
Noon on. Windsurfers will get good North rides at Saratoga Springs State Park
in the 7.5 to 8.5 range from Noon on. I think Kiters can get similar but lighter
wind at Lindon, and ULSSB. 45 Degrees may be the high today, so stay safe.
Tomorrow looks windless, but maybe some Kitable conditions at Rush.
Friday looks like another South switch asnd rides at DC.
