Where to Ride 4/24

Postby Craig Goudie » Thu Apr 24, 2008 8:56 am

More rain and snow but combined with pretty good North wind. Kiters (and maybe a deranged Windsurfer or 2) should
get good rides at Rush from about Noon till dusk. Look for steady 12M North out there. UL launches also
good for 12M kites or 6M sails, best around 3PM. By afternoon the snow/rain should clear out for some chilly
near 50 degree sailing. Sulfur would be good if it weren't life threatening cold up there.

Tomorrow still looks like potential for light Pineview, early afternoon. By late afternoon the clouds
come in and shut down the wind.

Saturday looks pretty windless.
