BRRRRRRRRRR. There should be some very steady strong North
wind most of the day at Rush, but it will be very cold. Look for
4.5M or 6M conditions out there, and Kiters please be careful, as there
could be gusty bursts. Saratoga Springs should kick up some steady
PM North winds in the 5.5 range today. Willard ought to be good also.

It will probably snow on you at some point, so be prepared for some very
cold conditions.
