Where to Ride 4/30

Rain this morning will give way to a beautiful windy sun filled
day this afternoon. Mostly North wind. There may be a quick blast of
Southwest DC wind around 11 PM but it won't last and it will
get squirrelly quickly. Better bets are Rush and Utah lake for steady
North PM winds, in the 6.5/ 18M range. It could dip down to 5.5/13M
range right around the peak (1 to 2 PM). All Utah lake launches
should be pretty good.
