Looks pretty good for big gear today. DC should see some PM wind
in the 7.5/8.5 range. Rush should give steady 18M Kite board
rides late afternoon early evening, and SSB should be Kitable
early evening. Might be a planer or 2 early evening at Saratoga Springs
Park also.
