Anyone else been following this solo race around the world?

It's been going on for a couple months and it's almost over.
Some of the footage of these boats in the Southern ocean blasting/surfing 20 foot swell at 20+ knots is amazing. The averages have slowed due to doldrums but before they reached Cape Horn, average speeds were above 15 knots. That's 15 knots over something like 18,000 miles, the whole race is 24,000 miles. It's astonishing that boat/skipper can put up with that abuse.

That's Cool!!! Thanks for sharing this.

You know these race boats' fins are base on the kite raceboards' fins set up.
