New Snowkite areas???

UDOT is studying the benefits of keeping open 8 mountain roads that they traditionally have closed in the winter. I'm not sure of all of the roads to be studied but Monte Cristo is on the list. Lots of kite terrain up there, especially on the Woodruff side. Nice place to ski tour also.
