Too much rain and not much wind. Slight potential for rainy
gusty PM rides on a 20 M kite at Rush. Slight potential for
gusty 8.5M rides on a windsurfer at RP/Saratoga Springs.
It doesn't look great this week, but long range, Saturday and Sunday
are looking like Deercreek kinda days.
