Thunderhead generated wind pretty much sums it up. Dangerous gusts
if you're a Kite boarder could happen just about anywhere. Windsurfers
might get lucky at UL or DC if the clouds wedge right.

Tomorrow looks like better, ridable wind at Utah lake in the PM.
Thursday may still provide some North planable condititions also.
