Utah Lake Alternate Launch Spots for kiters

Lindon almost gone, SSB gone, BYU gone, West Beach gone, Provo Marina has goat head thorns in the launch area and not much room for launching and riding, plus it costs $9.

Any good launch spots left. I wanted to go this AM, but I stayed home because I wasn't sure if the Marina was open. How about the end of the road near the airport? Any farmer's fields open south of Lindon? Any launch spots on mud lake? How about South Bay? Saratoga Springs? We need some good safe alternate places to launch now that the lake level is higher.

my sentiments exactly. we need to get creative. to keep things in perspective i remind myself of launching off the point at the hatchery,and the launch at stevenson. even cheap beach.
