Pelican Point, Why the Entry booth

Anyone know the plans for the entry booth at Pelican Point. I believe this is Saratoga Springs public marina. I hope it is not going private like everywhere else we sail.

That booth has been there for over 5 years. I think they intentions of charging to use it. Have to wait and see. Steve would have the inside scoop on who owns the marina.

What brought up the question was they just completely rebuilt the entrance booth. Someone must be planning something. That are someone hit it.
