Where to Ride 4/6

Postby Craig Goudie » Sun Apr 06, 2008 8:26 am

Best bet is probably Snow kiting at Skyline from Noon to 6. Not strong but it might
be the only wind available for ridable conditions. Sulfur might be similar, but I don't know
what the riding potential is up there, and the lake is probably dangerously thin on ice.
Rush might give up one or 2 planers PM, but
I wouldn't torture myself with the rain/snowflurries and 50 degree extremely gusty wind
unless I were reallly really desperate.

Tomorrow looks like stronger, colder North wind at Rush and UL(and Strawberry).

Tuesday more windless air.

Craig,
I think the wind forecast for Skyline is correct..
But it is a sledneck weekend up there.
Hill climbs, rallys etc.
I would avoid Skyline this wekend.
