Yuba lake East shore

Hey does anyone know if or how, we, Wind -types, could get the yuba lake/ east campground opened agian? Or have access?

I have heard some of the group members talk about how the east yuba was sweet.

Any Numbers? Agencies we, or I might contact. Anyone?
