So is Rush still Kiteable?

I continue to report wind out there when it looks promising, but I've not been by
there in over a month. Last year at this time it was getting pretty sketchy.
How much depth is out there right now?

The last time I kited at Rush was June 1.
It was only ankle deep then. (WTF)
I really doubt it has been kiteable for a month.
Only speculation, someone that has been out there needs to post.

I think it is gone. Last year, I continued to ride at Rush for about a month after everyone else went elsewhere. The last day I kited there in 07 was June 29th and I recall it was pretty marginal by that time. The water level this year was about the same as last, so I think it is gone.

If you really crave a salty, slimy, shallow-water mudbath, the LPP ponds still have water in them. Just hold your nose as they are smellier than Rush.
