Hey Marty , not getting to Sherman until sept 3/10.
going to the campsite at" Sign" close to the County park.

I have not been there before, but have seen great things from the Rio Vista Windsufing club. check them out, they have a great pdf of the area and rules.
they say to get a tidal chart and check out the Delta windsurfing, a real windsurfing store in Rio Vista, bridges are toll also.
