DC - lake cam. You can see the kites on the cam

I tried fiddling with the DC lake cam yesterday. When I did a closeup on the lake there were no whitecaps in view, nor any sailors. However, when I moved the view to the north end of the lake and zoomed in, I could see 3 kites in the air. I zoomed in a little more and I could see a rider. Pretty handy way to see what is going on in real time.
