Well, there'll be wind today, but it'll be pretty unpredictable. Thunderheads
and rain will make for localized wind just about anywhere, Kite boarders
beware. The best bet for consistent wind will likely be Sulfur, but it's
more likely you'll just get rained out up there. Maybe a shot at DC in the
PM if the clouds get wedged just right.
