Where to Ride 8/17

Some potential for planable Southwest winds for Windsurfers, but
very gusty for Kiteboarders. Both DC and Sulfur should provide planable
winds as the rain clears out in the PM. I'd expect gusty 7.5-8.5 conditions,
unless rain moves in and kills it. Today watch the radar in the PM and
if there's not much moisture, go get it.

Tomorrow might be a little better at Sulfur,
