Morning Kite board rides at Rush, on a South wind, should be pretty
good 18 M stuff till about 1 PM or so. Keep a weather eye on
the clouds for dangerous thunderhead driven gusty winds.
Windsurfers should get some pretty good 6.5 action up at Sulfur
in the Afternoon, unless the rain kills it. Likewise DC will give up
a few planers in the PM 7.5-8.5 Southwest gusty wind late afternoon.
