One more Kite boardable day before the flow turns Southerly. Looks like
planable conditions at SSB for big kites this late afternoon. Windsurfers
should get 8.5 rides at Deercreek from about 3 PM on also.
Tomorrow and Saturday are looking moderately windy at DC and (brrrr) Sulfur,
