new reservoir for kiting?

Haven't checked this site for a while since the kayaking has been excellent this spring, but I thought you guys might think this is interesting.
Maybe we should call it Parsons-Staker lake?
It sure is a killer site for kiteboarding.

East 9m winds almost every summer morning.

Alas, even if it breaches, I'm sure they would fix it and pump the water out out,
millions of $$$ of gravel left in there.
