Forum Upgrade

I upgraded to the latest version of the forum (3.0.2) last night. I also loosened up some of the security settings. I'd heard rumors that people were still having login problems. Hopefully this will solve that and still be secure.

Let me know if you all have any problems.

Billy, sorry if you got kicked off the forum when I started the upgrade. I forgot to check who was on until after I started.
