FREE KITE DEMO DAY

Postby stevemayer » Mon Jul 06, 2009 9:11 pm

Cloud 9 Toys along with BEST Kiteboarding is hosting a "Demo / Intro to Kiteboarding" Event this coming week. Dates and details are as follows

Saturday and Sunday July 11th and 12th - Time : When the wind blow until it doesn't (11ish -6ish). Where: Deer Creek Res. Directions: We kite at the FAR East end of the lake. Take Provo Canyon past the main marina of the gate, once you are at the end of the lake, look for the road heading to Midway, Road 3600 West (the first left past the end of the lake), go down that road and you will see kites being set up). This is an AWESOME spot to kite, uses a thermal wind, so even if not a breath of wind in the valley, if the temp is over 90 degree's there is a pretty good chance that it will be going off.

Monday July 13th - EITHER back at Deer Creek OR on the South side in the afternoon into evening for a more "intro" to kiteboarding, there will be trainer kites, buggies, etc. Contact Cloud 9 for location, right now planning on S. Side assuming there is North Wind.

Call Cloud 9 for more details.
