Craig's Where to Ride 7/16

Wind looks pretty similar for the next 3 days. Best bet still Sulfur for 8.5 conditions 1-5 PM, a shot at
the 6PM North blow for huge Kites on the UL South launches (with a kick up to maybe 12M on Saturday),
and a few planing 8.5 puffs at DC at it's typical 2 PM.
