Head South for the Tweener Season

Postby windzup » Wed Oct 21, 2009 2:50 pm

Its that time of year again, when warm water calls, before we switch out to the dry kiting season on the greatest snow on earth.

This is an open invite to join the Ozone family in Texas from next week thru Turkey Day. Patrick Nedele will be hosting demos on the beach, staying in South Padre from Halloween thru the first 3 weeks of November.

He will be in Corpus Christi testing race kites with NJS Board designer Nils Stolzechner, before and after that.

From Turkey Day thru the weekend Patrick will have foil kite demos at the DBBB - Dead Bird Buggy Bash. Cajun style deep fried Turkeys on the beach while you buggy and board up the coast of Galveston Island.

Free Beer from Ska Brewing (the Ozone Kite Tours favorite supporter!) and plenty of kites to fly. The new Zephyrs will be on hand for the light wind days. And the first batch of C4's are in production and should be available to fly in Texas by mid-November.

You can follow Patricks Adventures on http://www.OzoneKiteTour.com

If you plan on skipping the Tweener Season in Texas, you can join Heather and I for an early season Snowkite tour through Wyoming early November.

http://www.flyozoneusa.com/events/texas-ozone-kite-tour has more info on all the adventures and the best gear on the planet.

I never thought I would say this, but going to Wyoming sounds like a good idea.
