How to Post Pictures?

Anyone care to tell me how to post images from my computer under "my pictures" to this website? Tried to use the "Img" tab with no luck. Thanks!

upload to a file hosting site like Photobucket, accounts are free and you can control who you let see the images.
photobucket actually provides the IMG code for each picture if you hover your mouse over the image after you upload it, makes it really easy to throw them up on here.

On the bottom left of the message composition frame you can see an Options tab and an Upload attachment tab. Click on the Upload attachment tab and you can upload your photo. 
Of course, Erik's suggestion will probably save you time and the Association money on bandwidth if you have photos in other server.
