11/6 DC or Linden?

Looks pretty breezy on the livelakeview cam at Utah Lake right now (12:50PM), and just saw one kiter working hard on the DC cam, not even slightcaps visible though... Any thoughts on the best breeze (since I am- as usual- starting out kinda late)? Hit me at (717) 421-7379 if you want company out there...
