Missing Best 15m pack

Postby Todd Jacques » Sat Jan 02, 2010 6:56 pm

hate to post on this forum but I need to vent. Kited at chicken creek today, not bad more wind would have been good. Rigged up as usual on the south side of parking lot towards the ladders. Left Best 15m blue pack right by parking lot by the sign. Came in after 2 hours and it was gone? Luckily I did not leave pump in it as usual or I would be out a new pump also. Why cant people leave things that are not theirs alone, recently some of my shit has been dissappearing leading me to stop my trusting ways? Shaun said he saw a guy in camo pick it up and walk off? why? Pissed off!!!! Anyways It is unique because i have modified the hood with sewn slots to keep the hood on, also my buisness card was on it. Anyways if anyone sees it maybe give me a jingle. Also if anyone has a cheap affordable pack for a 15m I would apprecieate the lead. :)))

I feel pretty bad, I saw him pick it up and thought hmm, (shrug) must be his. But at the same time he was wearing a twig style camo coat. Didnt seem like proper Kite atire, more like a red... (No offense if anyone kites and blends in with the trees.) And after all that todd has done to help me with my quiver and stuff I wish I had followed my gut and yelled at him. Very sad, A Kite bag does not seem like it would be useful for anything else. Probubly just pissed to have to share the lake. I owe you Todd now more than ever. :x

That sucks. I lost 2 Ozone packs to some slednecks a few years ago up at Monte. I was less than a half mile away, and it was obvious they were mine. I had placed the shoulder straps around a fence post to keep them from blowing away.

Hey Todd,

That's suck! I normally leave my bag and pump out everytime I go out. I have some kite bags laying around in my garage that I can give you. Send me a text.
