Kinda rainy this morning, but a little clearing this PM could provide some
sailable conditions. I'd go to DC, and get it as early as you can tolerate.
Prolly 6.5 up there again.
Might be a little afternoon action at Rush, but it'll be holey 18 M stuff.
Tomorrow is looking very windy, and warmer.
