It's not windy, and it's not going to be windy for the next 3 days. Monsoonal
flow might put a T-head in just the right place to get a few planable rides on any body of water, but that's pretty desperate. DC might have a few planable puffs
after 2 on huge gear. Because I can't see any reason for wind, I'd recommend
Kiting Pineview if you can launch.
Even the Gorge is windless today.
