Tough call today, clouds and some moisture headed in from
the Northwest. Best bet is probably Sulfur for PM 6.5 material if it doesn't
cloud up, and don't forget it's not warm up there.
Then, I think Utah lake launches in the early evening
will provide very light, but huge gear planable conditions for Kiters and
Windsurfers. Rush looks very gusty (so assess the risk) and huge
kite late afternoon.
DC might give you a few PM planers but very gusty up there also.

I might wait for the more solid North wind tomorrow or Tuesday if
possible,
