1/17 Kenny's Where to Ride

Strawberry looks like another slushfest today with warm temps (it is 39 degrees at Daniel's right now) and possible freezing rain. The good news is that the wind should be strong with wind in the upper teens and stronger gusts. Skyline is socked in right now. It should clear and give up rides with wind in the upper teens to low-twenties and stronger gusts. It is at a higher elevation, so no rain today. However, snow squalls may come through intermittently with associated gusty winds and lulls.

Tuesday, more north wind (albeit lighter) and colder temps will make Strawberry and Skyline much more rideable. Skyline is going to be the better choice for good snow.

Wednesday more north wind and more snow. Strawberry and Skyline should both fire.
