Sunny, not too cold, (no gloves or hood yet for most of us). Smoothest I've seen DC. Some minor lulls, but no holes at all, and the gust spread couldn't have been more than about 3kts over 5 seconds. Guess we (Peter, Erik, I ) got there about 3-ish. Ralph set up and rode his Zephyr a bit, I took out the C-4 11m, but was a tad underpowered even on the CrazyFly, so switched out and flew Peter's 17m Waroo (Thanks!) then pumped up the truck. Erik was blazing on the 14M Bandit 4, I was loving life, everybody had fun. Billy showed us all what real upwind is on the Nugget (yah, it's that cool.) We were on the water 2 hrs plus- solid breeze the whole time. Came in cause it was getting dark. (OK, and because I hindenberg'd the Contra and inverted it, dammit.) OR- we came in 'cause we were tired from a great session...
I've got pictures, but have to shrink them to post em here...
