New Years in Mojave 5.3m - 4.7m - 6.3m

Postby Josh Shirley » Sat Jan 07, 2012 7:46 pm

Three days in Mojave over the new year.

Sailed three days in a row.

New Year's Day was the windiest. Probably should have been on a 4.2m but I need to break in the 4.7m
And everyone knows that 4.7m is fantastic sailing.

The air was in the 70's the water in the low 50's.

I posted up pictures on my facebook account.

Nice, looks like great weather there. Funny, Vegas kiters came to Skyline for mediocre conditions when it was rocking in their backyard. Gots to love Mojave, Magic water and wind. Glad you got some!

Super warm at Skyline Thurs & Fri before new years, and negative temps on New years... looks like the water was warmer.
