I was going to go to Pow Mow but didn't feel like playing in 30mph and low visibility. I took a chance and went to Monte. There is plenty of snow there. Probably about 3 feet in most places. Winds were in the mid teens for the 2 hours that I rode from 11:30 to 1:30. The snowmobilers must have got the avalanche warning memo since ther were only a few out. I did feel and hear the snow settling but stayed off of any halfass slopes. The snow was smooth and mostly untracked.
It sure is nice to be semi-retired and ride more during the week.
