Sulphur 4.0 rodeo

Postby Duane Bush » Sun Jun 17, 2012 6:22 pm

Another 4 meter day! Twice in a week I have been kicked off, or should I say "bucked-off" the water, since we are in big wonderful, windy WYOMIN! Last Saturday @ UL and now today, damn... Either I am getting old fast or it has been freaking windy! Maybe both. Got there at 1, some were getting off the water on 5.0s and some were rigging down. About 15 windsurfers. Only one left on the water at 430, everyone else wrapping it up kinda worn out. Wind meter on the beach reading up into the mid 50's mph. It has been one of the windiest springs I have seen in a while!

Yes, very windy year. Shouldn't have left the 3.6 at home but now there is no need to go to the gym for awhile.
