High pressure and stagnant air. not a great combination for wind, but there's a little hope with cold
air in the Heber valley early this AM, so if you're desperate, try DC for probable planable puffs in the
8/16M range from 2 until 5PM. Pineview might give up some 16M Kite rides around 2 also.
Friday and Saturday don't look windy, but Sunday looks like a return to stronger South winds.
